The space

Walking into the condo you will see bedrooms on either side of the hallway. On the right is the first bedroom with a King sized bed, a 55" flat screen smart TV, and a private, newly renovated, bathroom. On the left is the second bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed and a 40" flat screen smart TV. You will also find games, extra linens and towels in the large closet in this room.

Further down the hallway, you will find the newly renovated full bathroom with a tub. There are plenty of hooks in both bathrooms to hang up wet towels and bathing suits in between trips to the pool and the beach.

Next you will walk into the large living room, dining room, kitchen, and game area. The kitchen is brand new, renovated in 2022, with all new appliances. The kitchen has plenty of counter space and all the cookware you need to cook up plenty of delicious meals while on vacation. There are 4 bar stools for kitchen seating. There is a large dining table with seating for 6 as well. The living room has a sofa that pulls out into a queen sized bed, and a loveseat, both facing a large 55" flat screen TV. Next to the living area is a game area with a brand new foosball table that promises loads of fun in the home when relaxing from your big adventures.

In the summer season, the condominium has a large swimming pool shared by all the condos with plenty of space to swim and watch the boats on the bay. The bay has weekly slip rentals that you can rent separately, information provided by request. They are first come first serve for guests.

Maximum amount of guests is 6. Maximum amount of adults is 4.

Top bunk minimum age is 6 years and maximum weight is 160 lbs.

Guests are responsible to bring their own beach towels. Items, such as linens, towels, games, and cooking utensils, provided in the condo should not leave the property.

No items are allowed to be hung over the porch railings and no sitting or leaning on the railings. There are plenty of hooks in and outside of the condo to hang wet towels and bathing suits. There is also a clothes drying rack provided for more hanging space. There is seating on the porch and inside the condo.

Neighborhood overview

In this part of Ocean City (37th Street), not only will you have excellent walking access to the beach, you'll be within blocks of popular restaurants, beachy eateries, great shops, all sorts of nightlife, the convention center, and every convenience you could want or need.

House Rules

House Rules:
-Primary renter must be 25 years or older and will be asked to show ID for proof of age.
-No parties or events allowed
-No smoking indoors or on the balcony
-No tampering, covering, or deactivating the ring camera at the entrance of the property
-No pets allowed
-No more than 6 people can reside at the property. You must register the names of each guest that will be staying with you. If the guest is under 18, guest age must also be given. No unregistered guests allowed.
-No hanging items or sitting on the balcony railing. There are plenty of hooks and seating available.
-Please do not eat or drink in the bedrooms
-Top bunk minimum age of 6 years old and maximum weight of 200lbs.
-Please be respectful of your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum from 10p to 7a.
-Please keep the doors locked when you are not in the condo.
-Please respect check in and check out times.
-Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.
-Please do not rearrange the furniture.
-Please do not take items from the condo to use outside the property. Bring your own beach towels.
-Please do your dishes or run the dishwasher with everything you have used prior to check out.
-Please wash one load of towels prior to check out.
-Please take the trash out before you leave.
-Please strip the beds and leave used linens on the floor. Leave the mattress protector on the mattress.
-No illegal substances allowed on the premises
